as-ODN（アンチセンスオリゴデオキシヌクレオチド）処理を
YT cell（IL-2依存性？ヒトリンパ腫細胞株）に行うことで
カスパーゼ８を介するアポトーシスを導くというペーパーですが、
KOマウスとの結果の相違の解釈に議論が行きました。
個人的には、エレクトローポレーションでas-ODNの取込みが
約100%というのが気になりました。

Somatic hypermutation（SHM:体細胞突然変異）が
V（可変部）領域のみに限定される原因について
初めて証拠を示しているようです。
Hypermutationを起こす条件かではV領域のヒストンが
高度にアセチル化されているとのこと。
